Over charged me by over $120, waited for an alignment that was never done and 20 minuted for the refund after catching the overcharge. No apology, no have a nice day. Didn't look at the issue I asked about and was given a $1100 quote on something else entirely. Bad customer service all the way around, hopefully the techs did their job a lot better.

I am traveling and am having glitches with my vehicle. One glitch being a sensor for the wheel sensor. I was recommended by Auto Zone to go to Lisacs. I was treated how customer service should be treated by Pat. He recommended other auto repair places for other issues but told me to come back in the morning for the sensor. I did and price was fair and handled quickly. Thank you, Pat and everyone else who took care of the issue.

very efficient at getting my new tires put on. Had all tire pressure sensors set exactly correct. They were done exactly when they said they would be done. Price was very fair. Will be back!

We were one day into a two week road trip when we discovered a large screw in our tire. Lisac's was able to get us in, patched and back on the road within minutes of their scheduled opening time. We're traveling with three kids, so I cannot emphasize enough how valuable their expedient and wonderful customer service was to us. We would highly recommend them.
